Rick’s expertise lies in business and technology. He has worked in finance, insurance, publishing, manufacturing and distribution environments.
A life-long techie, he is a geek at heart. He brings a wide array of experience and knowledge as a host of tech and media shows.

As conference chair, Dawn lead a team of volunteers to design and facilitate the annual fall ASTD Leaders Conference (ALC).
During the planning year, team members were responsible for attending monthly virtual planning sessions, hiring keynote speakers, reviewing and selecting concurrent session through a rigorous RFP process.

Coline T. Son Lee, CISA, PMP, CPLP – “the sultry voiced co-host with many letters” is a workplace learning and performance (WLP) specialist. She is a principal at Everest CS based in Southern California. Her skills include uncovering business and learner needs in almost any industry, digging down to the actual root causes of performance issues, developing customized interventions and designing learning programs that bring real business results.
Coline has an international career background spanning 15 years in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, construction, retail sales and software development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems, as well as several highly recognized certifications.
